Equadro requires all of its suppliers to put in place and maintain adequate compliance <\/em>procedures to enable effective compliance with this Supplier Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Procedures should include, at a minimum:<\/p>\n
\n- Identification of an individual with the necessary hierarchical authority to be given responsibility for compliance management;<\/li>\n
- Identification of key compliance risk areas;<\/li>\n
- Determining compliance policies by implementing written instructions to relevant employees;<\/li>\n
- Consistent compliance training programs;<\/li>\n
- Procedures to monitor the effectiveness of the compliance system and to impose sanctions for violations;<\/li>\n
- Application of penalties in cases of violation of compliance rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Equadro requires the supplier that this Code of Ethics and Conduct for Suppliers be made available to all of its employees and contractors who relate themselves with Equadro.<\/p>\n

\n\nEquadro calls on its suppliers to respect and protect human rights both in the workplace and in the business activities they carry on, and to ensure that working conditions comply with the law, applicable standards and conventions on an international scale (such as ILO, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, UN Global Compact or Global Reporting Initiative).<\/p>\n

More specifically, Equadro explicitly requires compliance with the following commitments:<\/p>\n
\n- Not to become complicit in human rights violations within its sphere of influence;<\/li>\n
